2007... ah, 2007: the year that I forgot. I guess I was bouyed by the win in 2006 and kidded myself that it would be easy to replicate it. Coming up to the start of November I played about with several ideas, finalising the one I was going to write on the 1st of November. Big mistake. Huge. 

By 4th November I'd lost patience with the fact that I'd written a total of 32 words and started again with a different story. I don't have a word count on the new story because it's written longhand in an A5 notepad. It covers six pages. It's definitely nowhere near the target...
